In this job, you are accountable for leading Maintenance standard work practices across the plant that ensure reliability, maintainability, and availability of plant resources with a specific focus on overall deterioration losses to deliver the plant's Compelling Business Need.

Who are we looking for?

A team player who wants to join a rapidly growing company with 5-7 years working with CMMS systems and technical manufacturing leadership, Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Someone who will be focused on process improvement and will be hands-on in leading the team.


Job responsibilities:
Accountable for overall Reliability and Availability of equipment within the plant.
Responsible for leading the execution of the Plant Capital plan and executing small infrastructure projects
Control of Maintenance Labor and Expense budget within the plant.
Accountable for implementing and maintaining standards for Breakdown Elimination, Planning & Scheduling, Lubrication, Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance information systems, Shop Tools/Facilities, and Inventory Management
Supporting Autonomous Maintenance Standard work practices around the implementation of Safety Maps, Centerlines, Defect handling, and Clean/Inspect/lube tasks to support Planned stops to reduce unplanned downtimes.
