Position Purpose: Our Kit Logistics Coordinator works as a collaborative team member of our Virtual Care Center to coordinate the delivery, pick up, activation and other kit logistics activities, including coordinating and communicating the logistics for efficient deployment of RPM devices within 24 hours of being ordered. May provide welcome and activation calls to patients as devices are deployed. Keeps track of RPM devices and validates status, availability, and location at all times. Keeps track of trends, issues and quality initiatives related to Home Care Connect; makes suggestions for efficient use of devices. Monitors agency management of device logistics and takes actions to achieve deployment/use metrics. Carries out duties in a manner that provides a high level of customer satisfaction. Requires the ability to perform a variety of duties characterized by frequent change and a fast paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in business or health field preferred. Medical Assistant certification or some college required.
One to two years of scheduling and or logistics experience preferred
Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with clients and their families, as well as caregivers, peers, subordinates, and other agencies.
Previous experience in a health care scheduling environment highly desirable.
Computer literacy required. Excel, Word, scheduling and logistics software preferred.
Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
