Experienced Litigation Paralegal
Hughes Gill Cochrane Tinetti is an established Walnut Creek firm with 10 attorneys seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our litigation practice representing homeowners associations.
We represent our clients in complex construction defect litigation as well is in the prosecution and defense of claims adverse to homeowners and in enforcement matters and third parties in business disputes. An ideal candidate is motivated and detail oriented with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
You should have experience preparing cases for trial, and will assist attorneys with document and information management, discovery and trial support. Experience with Westlaw preferred. You must have a paralegal certificate or equivalent form an accredited school. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

This position ensures that all warehouse equipment is maintained in a safe, efficient operating condition. Issue work orders for all work performed.
