We are professional, agile and our goal is to recruit well-organized dedicated litigation file and calendaring clerk residing in CALIFORNIA ONLY.

We are currently seeking a Litigation File/Calendar Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with DropBox, Clio, and Outlook in a law firm setting is a strong plus. Must be responsive, dedicated, and attuned to fast-paced work needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize Client files in the Cloud (Dropbox)
  • Review and sort daily mail scans into client files (Outlook and Adobe Pro)
  • Calendar all necessary litigation and court dates and deadlines (Clio)
  • Review and task attorneys with reminders for important dates and deadlines (Clio)
  • Schedule and coordinate attorney meetings with counsel, clients, witnesses, etc. (Zoom, Outlook and Clio)
  • Other daily administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
