One White Street is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. Our mission is to set a new standard of what a neighborhood restaurant can be; to be ambassadors for Tribeca, our community, and our industry; and to be a restaurant with no borders or boundaries.
One White Street is a restaurant in downtown New York City from Chef Austin Johnson and Master Sommelier Dustin Wilson. Located in a historic Tribeca townhouse, One White Street is a place to feel at home.
The Opportunity
The Line Cook plays an integral part of the restaurant whose responsibilities include prep, set-up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets within departmental quality standards, recipes and plating guide specifications, all while upholding One White Street's culture.
