Qualifications

• Active and valid state license in good standing

• Experience in last 12 months as an LPN/LVN

• Medical Records

• Must be proficient in injections, and sutures and administration of medications in a topical and oral capacity.

• Must be experienced in dealing with high volume patient capacity.
