Landscape Construction

Responsibilities

• Install amazing landscapes all around the area
• Build beautiful retaining walls, patios, water features and hardscape’s to exceed industry standards
• Grade, seed and hydro-seeding experience a plus
• Ensure customers love the work and enjoy a high quality product
• Being a team player and enjoying hard work is important
• Help mechanic to maintain your crews trucks and equipment
• Smart phone experience for clock in and job training is needed
• Maintain company policy and procedures among crew
• Support company goals and values

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain

• 4-5 Years’ experience in commercial or residential landscape installation
• ICPI and NCMA certifications
• Skid steer, grading, and equipment experience
• Current DL and experience driving trucks and trailers
• Strong plant knowledge
• Supervisory and customer service experience
• Ability to organize and multi task with strong communication skills
• Must be able to work long hours during busy seasons
• Strong desire to learn and grow personally and professionally

Pay and benefits are based on experience and performance but are always competitive. Relocation assistance may be available for the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
