Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager (Security Software)
Job Location: 100% REMOTE (open to Canada)
Job Salary: Up to $250k base + 15% bonus + stock
Requirements: 10+ years of building enterprise security software + management experience

We have an immediate need for an Engineering leader with experience developing enterprise-class mobile/web applications in the security space
Please note this role is fully remote role available to any US or Canadian perm resident!
Compensation: Up to $255k base + equity + 15 % bonus!

Lead a team of 6 highly technical globally distributed, highly technical engineers to build and ship a unified agent for traffic steering, in addition to:
- Collaborate with Product and office of the CTO to translate vision into a technical program
- Lead, mentor and develop your team
- Work with other departments to scale a world class team
- Help guide platform architecture
- Participate in hands on code reviews
10+ years developing enterprise class desktop/mobile applications in the security domain, with a focus on:
- Extensive understanding of networking technologies
- Strong grasp of Windows, Mac and mobile ecosystems and associated frameworks
- Experience scaling a team
This is not a coding position, but you will lead a highly technical team and must be able to understand cod to collaborate with engineers and the office of the CTO
Up to $250k + 15% bonus + equity
