The Opportunity:

As a Strategic Technology Integrator and Growth Manager, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective roadmap designs, stakeholder engagement, and thoughtful planning is crucial for your client's future. You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and IT, C5ISR, immersive, and other knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to guide organizations as they solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a Strategic Technology Integrator and Growth Manager on our team, you’ll be trusted to transform our DOD clients by applying leading-edge concepts and tools like Zero Trust, cloud, and Software Defined-WANs. Using data analysis, defining technical requirements, coding language, and platform, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement a transformative wide range of technology solutions and strategies.

In this role, you’ll directly impact the DOD and the Army by leading current technology efforts while identifying areas where we can grow the business. With opportunities to introduce new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience working in technology and federal market organizations
  • 5+ years of experience with leading technology-focused projects in Zero Trust Architectures, Cloud Implementations, Immersive, or as a Network Engineer
  • Experience in applying a consultative approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Experience with developing and driving strategic efforts to identify and qualify white-space targets to create differentiated market positions and expand access to changing federal markets
  • Experience in dealing with a whole spectrum of the technology ecosystems
  • Ability to deliver compelling senior-level presentations and demonstrations in both virtual and live environments
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
