Role - Delivery Head- Digital Manufacturing Services

Location : Peoria/Rockford/Plano – Can work in Hybrid Mode ( 2 days to office & 3 days remote)

Delivery Head - Digital Manufacturing Services

LTTS supports its customers by providing services and solutions in the areas of Core Manufacturing Engineering (MOM & MES) and Supply Chain by leveraging digital technologies and stay on the leading edge of the trends for the next-generation manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building the Digital Manufacturing business for LTTS by identifying business opportunities working with various stakeholders (Customers and Sales teams)
• Evangelize the Capabilities of the Digital Manufacturing Practice and its Solutions from a business perspective helping to transform businesses
• Provide overall leadership, support all the sales solutioning, proposals, provide technical advice, support and strategy to our customers and the Sales Team to deliver continued growth within the business.
• Build commercial models in line with corporate guidance and create solutions to customer problems that meet both customer and LTTS norms
• Provide support and assistance to technology team serving as a liaison between business/customers and technology to translate strategic and tactical objectives into workable solutions

Skill Sets required:

• Should possess strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Project management skills / organizational skills / multi-tasking
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Systems
• Knowledge and exposure to key business flows such as Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Product definition
• Proven functional knowledge of Shop Floor Control, Product Data Management, Material Planning, Cost, Inventory, Warehouse
• Ability to work with teams and deliver projects to customers with high degree of quality and customer satisfaction

( Between 12-15 yrs or max 20 yrs exp not more)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,102.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peoria, IL 61602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Delivery Head- Digital Manufacturing Services: 10 years (Preferred)
• Core Manufacturing Engineering (MOM & MES) and Supply Chain: 10 years (Preferred)
• working with various stakeholders (Customers& Sales teams): 10 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Peoria, IL 61602
