They demand excellence and strive to amend any mistakes immediately, as a meticulous and enterprising Executive Assistant you will act as part of a team to complete detailed and complex tasks that range from International calendaring, travel planning, public relations, social media management, and client-facing correspondence.
This role requires the ability to work long and irregular hours during special events, launches, and premiers, as the leader’s schedule can be unpredictable and often involves travel to multiple cities, partners, and events in a given week.
You will also need to be professional, discreet, and able to maintain a good working relationship with your leader and the senior team, maintaining professional boundaries and networking with other people in the entertainment industry.
Protecting this leader’s time is the most critical aspect of this role, ensuring that their calendar is managed in a proactive manner (at times a year in advance) that focuses on their priorities and deliverables while preventing burnout or self-sabotage. If you love solving problems, anticipating needs before they arise and “already took care of it” is your norm - you’re exactly who we are looking for.
This role will require multiple skills assessments, interviews, and work projects. A positive attitude is a must. The work environment may be fast-paced, high-pressure, and require strict confidentiality as such candidates will be required to sign an NDA prior to interviewing for this role.
