27 Miles Malibu Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to our design and marketing team, located in North Hollywood, CA. This position is full time and on site, having said that we are not a traditional 9-5 and value quality of work and dedication balanced with employees scheduling. The ideal candidate will come from the fashion industry and love the creative world of fashion. This position will require someone to be flexible in responsibilities and adept to learning new tasks, platforms, and software unique to our company and industry. Must be efficient, detail oriented, and highly organized. Must be able to multitask and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines. No task is too small and no challenge too great. We are very much a team that requires and supports one another to collaborate and accomplish. A 'can-do' attitude and passion for fashion and our brand is a must.

Requirements:

• Administrative and assistant experience
• Marketing experience a plus
• Fashion experience
• BA

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update calendars
• Work closely with department heads
• Communicate with customers as required
• Book travel, accommodations for trade shows
• Strong computer skills required and ability to learn in house software
• Excellent follow through and attention to detail required
• Flexible - able to adjust to changing priorities and attention to detail and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Full time, on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
