The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking to hire a skilled ETL developer with a passion for using data to drive business decisions to join our client's Business intelligence and operations team.

This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that support our organization's data needs.

We need someone experienced with data warehousing, ETL development, maintenance of ETL processes, and data pipelines and strong understanding of database systems.

We want someone to have experience working with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as AWS Redshift, and be proficient in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, testing, and implementing data integration solutions using ETL tools and techniques
• Collaborating with data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design appropriate solutions
• Creating and maintaining ETL documentation including data mappings, data dictionaries and ETL workflows
• Troubleshooting ETL issues and performance tuning ETL jobs
• Monitoring and maintaining ETL systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ETL jobs
• Leading Junior ETL Developers on complex projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing
• Proficiency with ETL tools and technologies, such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend
• Experience with SQL and database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Understanding of data modeling, data integration and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, SQL and/or Java.
• Experience working with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Agile development environment experience is a plus.
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) is Required.
