We are currently seeking a Enterprise Scrum Master (CSM) to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Overview:

The Enterprise Scrum Master serves as the subject matter expert on agile mindset and agile practices

• Enables the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values and methodologies such as

Scaled Agile Freamwork (SAFe), coaching the team, removing impediments, and protecting the team from
disruption;

• Organizes and facilitates program backlog management, Program Increment Planning meetings, sprint reviews,

retrospectives, demos, and other Scrum-related events;

• Assists Product Owner(s) as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving

transparency, and disseminating information;

• Shares Agile knowledge and best practices across the organization to maximize Scrum team performance and

effectiveness; and

• Coaches teams, individuals, and the organization in collaboration, transparency, iteration and being customer

focused.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or other relevant discipline
• 8 years' experience supporting very large US Federal Government agencies
• 4 years experience working in the transition of an organization from waterfall to agile
• 8 years working in an Agile environment
• 4 years experience as an agile scrum master or agile coach
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified SAFe
• Must reside in commutable distance to Alexandria, VA
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
