Job Description

• Mentored by Engineer and Manager
• Create soft tools for the Manufacturing Team for changeovers, parts, and tool identification
• Troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
• Design tools for use by the manufacturing team
• Purchase and organize needed tools for the manufacturing team
• Lead and conduct Gage Reliability and Repeatability studies, Capability studies
• Perform Cycle time analysis and fill out machine capacity sheets
• Generate and execute cost savings

Required Skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong analytical skills and motivation

Required Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
