DATA ANALYST

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are currently looking for a Digital Data Analyst that will focus on client information and reporting.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM - In office.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete regular reporting and special projects as assigned
  • Participate in team and firm projects upon request, which may include creating charts/graphs for client deliverables and data analysis
  • Routinely perform a complete analysis of individual projects and serve as subject matter expert, sometimes at a very granular level
  • Provide project support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and client deliverables
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, clearly communicating project metrics, expectations, trends, and expected outcomes
  • Development of frameworks for determining effectiveness of products and processes
  • Provide accurate and insightful interpretation of MLG data to support continuous improvement

What You'll Need:

  • Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications – SQL a plus
  • Critical thinking skills, self-starter with excellent follow-up abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and persuasively present data
  • Professional and positive approach with strong work ethic and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and ability to work directly with assigned clients, internal Client Relationship Managers and developers
  • Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors.
