Job Function:

Is responsible for prepping equipment for auction and helping load out equipment after auctions.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans equipment in compliance with Company standards.

• Manages detailing inventory and re-ordering of supplies.

• Maintenance of equipment fleet.

• Operates pressure washer, buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet detailed expectations.

• Uses cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of the equipment.

• Positions and parks equipment for listings photos.

• Inspects and lists equipment for auction.

• Assists seller, sales team, and buyers to load equipment before and after the auctions.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.

• May need to travel up to 80% of work week.

• Ability to manage a worksite and over-see contractors assigned to the job.

• Excellent verbal communications skills.

• Must be able to operate heavy equipment.

• Experience in detailing equipment preferred.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record and reliable transportation.
