Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Supervisor of Desktop Support to join our dynamic team. With leadership experience and a background in IT troubleshooting experience, you will manage a diverse group of workstation techs, and provide insight and feedback on pilots such as Office 365, Windows 11, and other new technologies. Your experience and expertise will lead the way for improving HEAT self-service forms, metric improvement, and team efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to join an IT department of over 200 team members that provide technical support and strategy to the largest health system in the Central Valley daily!
Qualifications:
Experience & Education Minimum Requirements
Associate's Degree in an Information Technology related field required
7 years of experience implementing and supporting desktop and mobile solutions with the ability to lead effective teams required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree and experience requirement
