If you are interested in an opportunity to make an immediate impact on a fast-growing software company, Thought Industries is currently looking to expand its customer experience team. We are looking for an energetic and driven analyst to join our Professional Services Delivery team.

The delivery analyst plays a key role on the team, supporting project management and implementation workshops, while growing your skillset to be ready for the next level. The delivery analyst will work with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects across Thought Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to build a robust skillset that translates into a career in or outside of Professional Services and make a significant impact at a rapidly growing startup whose clients include mid market to Fortune 100.


Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Deliver on the promise made at the point of sale
    • Participate in client meetings and workshops throughout the implementation process
    • Support the translation of client business goals and problems into a technical solution
    • Track project milestones, provide internal status reports, and identify and escalate risks and issues appropriately
    • Answer client questions via a project or Tier 1 Support
    • Support with client site configuration and building
    • Support the development of workshop materials and client deliverables
    • Support the development of project management templates
  • Enable yourself for long term success at Thought Industries
    • Follow a defined 3 - 6 month onboarding process that encompasses exposure to all areas of the customer journey
    • Be a team player ready to learn and support your colleagues
    • Work with leadership to define your path to promotion within one year


Qualifications


Desired skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of customer onboarding experience with a SaaS product, technical implementation a plus
  • Strong research and problem solving skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative approaches to problem solving
