Forward Logistics is an intrastate and interstate motor carrier specializing in Loose Cargo Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), Full Trailer Load (FTL), oversized cargo, and special project cargo delivery. In human words, we move cargo from point A to point B on the road with a truck.

ARE YOU ONE OF US?

This position is responsible for processing orders and data for the company.

Requirements:

• Check emails and enter order info/ accept EDI info, and scan documents into system or internal system.
• Identify customers’ special instruction/ need and relay to appropriate teammates for corresponding action.
• Confirm receipt of order with customers via email.
• Collaborate with various teammates to ensure the corresponding orders and data are processed promptly.
• Update various internal reference spreadsheets as needed.
• Review discrepancies in data received/ processed.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in data entry or related role.
• Excellent typing skills and speed.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and professional e-mail etiquette.
• Effective oral and written communication skill.
• High school graduate required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
