Customer Service Representative Job description


Education:

  • High School Graduate Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Customer Service Representative experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • English, written and spoken.
  • Written and/or Spoken Spanish is an asset
  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Experience in Customer Service or in related fields.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Civility, professionalism, organization skills, prioritizing, autonomy, and teamwork.
  • Precise, efficient, and proactive communication (Internal and external

Responsibilities:

  • Customer communicator
  • Receiving and confirming customer orders
  • Working closely with planning
  • Launching orders to production
  • Tracking and communicating order delivery dates
  • Managing new files and pre-press project requests
  • Managing new projects and customer orders
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with customers
  • Related tasks (Support planning and others)
  • Attend/hold customer meetings virtually or in person.
