Alliance Animal Hospital is seeking Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. You would be the face and personality of the veterinary team and are the first interactions that clients have with our practice. Our team is especially looking for an upbeat, dedicated, and dependable individual that can work in a positive team oriented environment. We are a six doctor two location practice that offers care in both Lancaster and Williamsville areas. There is no need for previous animal hospital experience, although previous customer service experience is helpful. We want you to succeed and will take the time to train you for this important role.
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative at Alliance Animal Hospital your job is instrumental in helping the veterinarians, veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants communicate effectively with our clients. Part of your responsibilities will be helping to cultivate the relationship between patients, clients and the rest of the veterinary care team you will also be responsible for answering phones, making appointments, cashing out clients and becoming familiar with the veterinary computer software.
