Our client, a well know hospitality group, is looking for upbeat and reliable Customer Experience Associates to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20 – $21/hr

Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as the go-to point person to ensure customers’ best possible experience with the company! Key components of this role include speaking with customers over the phone, entering customer data, and providing solutions to customer inquiries. This Customer Experience Associate position is perfect for recent grade looking for an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow professionally! This position is long term possible temp to hire!

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

• Answer customer calls and reply to online chat inquiries
• Assist customers in managing their accounts
• Find creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
• Become a “product expert” in order to best serve customers Input customer information into database

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate:

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Strong interpersonal skills—you are able to connect with others to understand their specific needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Systems savvy Zendesk and Slack experience a plus

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
