Performs intake and assessments on all individuals requesting Behavioral Health Services. Evaluates patient needs and communicates appropriate level of care to treatment in order to achieve business goals and therapeutic objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy, Behavioral Science or Human Service Counseling.
Licensure: LMSW, LMFT, LPC or licensure as indicated by profession.
Experience: Three (3) years of clinical experience in a Psychiatric, Mental Health, Behavioral or similar setting. Experience interacting with various age groups.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Standard social work principles, practices and procedures. Ability to perform rapid assessments. Clinical skills in the areas of assessment and crisis intervention of mental, emotional and behavioral conditions or disorders. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, clinical staff and providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
Licensure: LCSW, RN, Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Experience: Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, strong treatment and clinical assessment.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to use Microsoft applications and Webmail.
