Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AM Line Cook to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. As an AM Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast dishes to the highest standard, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible dining experience.
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring that they are cooked to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain proper food storage and handling procedures to prevent spoilage.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and cost control.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with both coworkers and customers, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
- Shifts range from the following:
- Monday-Friday 5AM-11AM
- Saturday & Sunday 6AM-12PM
