Job Description

Project Manager:

• 90% of time in field
• Responsible for daily operations of the projects they are managing.
• Understand the complete scope and requirements of their projects.
• Required to enter a daily log for their projects every day. Daily logs need pictures and a detailed description of what happened that day.
• Participate in sprint meetings with the Project coordinator (PC) and keep up with the to-do’s/ tasks.
• Stay ahead of subcontractors and keep the job moving and on schedule.
• Identify change orders and communicate them with the project coordinator.
• Be onsite Monday- Friday during working hours and do what needs to be done to keep the project moving forward.
• Potential tasks could be, cleaning, masking, framing, demolition, trim, material hauling etc.
• Be onsite to meet with any parties related to the project, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, surveyors, designers, etc.
• Ensure the jobsite is clean and safe
• Keep all receipts and documents related to the project and give them to the PC weekly.
• Coordinate with subs approximately one week out to confirm schedules and identify and address their needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
