Credit Systems International, Inc. seeks energetic solutions-oriented Collections Specialists to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX.

As a Collections Specialist, you must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. All Collections Specialists will be provided the tools and training necessary to maintain industry compliance and drive SUCCESS!

Collection Specialist’s duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
• Negotiate account resolution
• Accurately record collection notes
• Utilizing a collections database in a Windows-based operating system
• Maintain company performance and productivity standards
• Maintains knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws and regulations
• Completing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications for Collections Specialists:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven contact center environment
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required

• 1-year Customer Service/Collections experience - Preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

• 35+ wpm minimum typing speed
• Excellent attendance
