Summary

The City of Coral Gables, Florida, The City Beautiful, a progressive, international, coastal and historic City is seeking a highly qualified professional who is inspired by interesting challenges of an established, but dynamic community for the position of Part-Time Clerical Aide. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coral Gables operates under a commission/manager form of government and is well known for its active and involved citizenry. The Part-Time Clerical Aide performs a variety of office and clerical work including: answering phones, responding to routine inquiries, preparing and distributing correspondence, maintaining records, processing invoices/requisitions. Extensive public contact with business owners, the general public and other City departments.

Please note the selected candidate will work 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum two years clerical and customer service experience.

A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
