Purpose: Making a strong, powerful positive impression upon any customer who is in the dealership for service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
Process payment for all services rendered
Coordinate with the service porter to quickly deliver the customers vehicle
Balance and close-out the Cashier Drawer
Work closely with Service Associates in meeting customer’s needs
Manage, organize, and track all customer paperwork
Make certain all customer information is up to date including email addresses
Direct customers to proper department
Communicate customer’s needs to those responsible
Manage the overall appearance of the waiting area
Refer customers who have additional questions (I, E, multi point inspection) back to service advisors
Be aware of surroundings, empower to take care of customer as needed, making certain customers are kept update and not waiting longer than necessary.
Perform receptionist duties as requested
Work with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the dealership and any changes in prices
Extend hospitality to all customers, offering all amenities upon arrival
Assist various department with special project
Maintain rental log, alerting Service Manager of any inconsistencies
Responsible for maintaining coverage for area always
Responsible for training new hires
Hand Written Thank You notes for all service appointment customers
Print Placards reserving loaner vehicles
Cash handling experience necessary
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:15AM-6:15PM
