Job Summary
Provides a
legendary Customer Service Experience to all customers on the phone, in person and throughout the entire repair process. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer from the point of vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
Essential Job Duties
- Monday-Friday, 8-5 (no weekends)
- Repair Orders: Prepare all RO files to meet insurance program compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations billing compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations
- Check-in vehicle, review damage, claims & repair processes with the customer
- Review the repair plan/estimate with customer
- Provide all communication including all insurance & vehicle status updates
- Total loss administration
- Make Insurance follow-up calls for estimate and payment approval status
- Perform vehicle diagnostic scans
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a legendary customer service experience
- Assist with Final Quality Check, including test drive as needed
- Review completed vehicle with customer
- Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards
Skill/Requirements
- Bilingual
- Strong sales orientation
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “legendary” customer service approach
- Well groomed, professional appearance
