Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Bartender.
In 2004, Chef Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at The Venetian. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally-driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany.
Qualified candidates must have 3 years of previous service experience in a chef-driven environment. Must understand and perform to the expectations of the restaurant’s service, food, beverage and wine manuals. Be able to prepare all drinks for the dining room and bar following specific recipes and standards.
