They are a plaintiff's employment law firm that practice in all types of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, PAGA, and wage & hour cases. They are a small team but work a variety of employment cases so if you are looking to grow and learn more in employment law this is the firm for you!

Job Details

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in employment law litigation
• Experience with wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and wage and hour cases
• Experience preparing and drafting legal documents (complaints, written discovery, meet and confer letters)
• CA Bar License is a must! (ideally based in CA)
