selected candidate will be offered a pay rate based on prior industrial experience, but not less than $20.80/hour to start.The candidate hired in this position will be eligible for a $2,000 retention bonus - $1,000.00 payable at three (3) months of employment, and $1,000.00 at six (6) months of employment.

Physical Demand and Work Environment:
Work environment includes regular exposure to noise levels at or above 85 decibels, dust particles, and weather changes. Some work stations require use of a respirator. The material handling route is indoor and outdoor. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift. Work schedule has a standard start time and flexible end times.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 70lbs, need to see details at a close range, standing for long periods of time, good hand and finger dexterity, and ability to bend, twist, reach and walk.
