Edgar Minerals Inc is looking for immediate hire for a Administrative Assistant!

The receptionist/administrative assistant is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.


Requirements:


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checking Orders & Load Sheets
  • Printing Tickets
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing orders
  • Must be able to do clean up
  • Checking of stock inventory
  • Tracking daily product inventory

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1yr experience performing front desk/receptionist duties on a multi-line phone
  • system needed.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • An intermediate level of computer skills is required.
  • Must have excellent professional telephone manner and verbal communication skills.
  • Work is task oriented, routine and repetitive.
  • Accounting training or experience is a plus!
  • High school diploma is required.

Salary Starting at $20-$25/HR
