Job Description

Join a successful account service team at one of the largest advertising agencies in Louisiana! This individual will work closely with all agency departments to plan, execute, report, and analyze campaign metrics to meet client goals and maintain agency-client relationships. These duties involve communicating directly with clients, as directed by the Account Executive.

This job is a remote position. In-office is available if in the Baton Rouge, LA area. Typical schedule is 8:00a-5:00p CST or 8:30a-5:30p CST.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agency departments to plan and implement integrated campaigns on traditional and digital channels
  • Manage production of creative assets for broadcast and digital channels (TV, Radio, Web Banners, Emails, Social Media, and more)
  • Maintain relationships and all communications with assigned clients under Account Exec leadership.
  • Prepare presentations and host meetings for assigned accounts
  • Fact-checking for accuracy and compliance on all creative assets and coordinating approvals with clients
  • Manage client media and production budgets
  • Attend meetings & distribute/manage associated action items
  • Review, analyze & communicate campaign results, sales, optimizations, etc.
  • Conduct competitive market/product research as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior agency and/or account management experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise & accurate messages through written & verbal instructions to all levels of agency and client management
  • Great time and project management with the ability to regularly manage multiple long and short-term projects at once in a deadline-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage client expectations & project constraints
  • Ability to understand and track budgets
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media/advertising fundamentals (Broadcast/Cable, Paid Search, Paid Social Media, etc.)
  • Ability to work well with minimal oversight
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Asana or similar cloud-based project management is a plus
