We are looking for a collaborative, dedicated, and driven professional to help new clients transform their cultures through the adoption of the Outward Mindset.

This position will be prospective clients’ primary contact in the buying process. This position will help qualified organizations which desire to change plan their cultural transformation. This position will typically be communicating with c-suite executives, HR professionals, and Learning & Development professionals interested in bringing in a proven and effective leadership development and cultural improvement system and process.
This is a quota-carrying position, primarily measured by the revenue and gross profit generated with each client engagement. As many of these engagements are strategic in nature, there will be a need to travel to visit clients periodically.
