We are currently hiring 3rd Party Collections Agents to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a 3rd Party Collections Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer account management, payment negotiation and collection, as well as answering general inquiries about the customer’s account.

• Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems
• Verifying consumer information
• Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement
• Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines

ABOUT YOU

• 1-2 years of experience working in a collections role is preferred
• Previous call center, customer service or related experience in the finance or credit industry
• Proven analytical & problem-solving skills is required, as well as the ability to utilize appropriate analysis, judgment, and logic

As a 3rd Party Recovery Collector, you have the opportunity to earn commission on a monthly basis based on performance, compliance, and attendance - PLUS 25% of revenue dollars paid out after achieving seat cost. Qualifying employees are currently averaging between $1500/2000 per month in bonus incentives.
